Cris enjoys collaborating and is constantly trying to think "outside the box". Her mural and faux painting experience combined with a passion for finding unique, creative and functional solutions to interior design challenges, has led to Cris's recent passion for alternative surfaces. Whether she is imitating exotic marble surfaces or creating a custom look, the design possibilities are endless, limited only by ones imagination. She is currently working with industry specialists and technicians to develop new and innovative surface applications that combine durability and function with artistic appeal.

Cristina Reverdy, owner of Studio Brush, began her carer in 1987 when she opened Profiles in Tile in Plymouth, Massachusetts. She spent several years painting custom ceramic tile murals. in 1997, she partnered with Jackie Reeves and co-founded Yellow House Studio.Painting is not so much a choice for me, but rather a need. Within every piece, there are moments of quiet intent and rhythm, mixed with haphazard, unconscious strokes and occasional frustration. My greatest challenge is to not control the outcome, but rather to allow it to develop. Painting teaches me, challenges me, and rewards me constantly with a profound sense of peace. Together, Cris and Jackie have painted hundreds of murals, both residential and commercial throughout the South Shore and Boston areas.
In addition to mural painting Cris's artistic experience over the years has included color consultation, space planning, and design for both residential and corporate clients. She has also been involved in numerous community efforts and was co-founder of Project Arts of Plymouth and the Plymouth Community Art Center.
In 2008, Cris began producing and showing her own paintings and in August of 2009, she opened Studio Brush in Sandwich, Massachusetts, where she creates and sells her art and the work of other local artists. Her mission for Studio Brush is to provide a venue for local artists and to become a creative resource for the community.
